*Delivery Times

Timeframes to deliver the finished service may vary depending on issues with provided files, pre-formatting needs of the manuscript, delays caused by other parties such as Amazon, etc. The service requestor will be contacted in the event that any deadline is unable to be met. Changes to the service needs after the contract has been signed will require a new ontract and timeline adjustment.

Payment

A contract and invoice will be sent once the scope of the services are agreed upon. A downpayment of 50% is due at the time of signing the contract to secure the booking. All payments must be made via PayPal.

Terms & Conditions

The formatting prices listed are for simple books without any extras and are intended as a guide only. Prices may vary for books that include extras such as more than five (5) images, tables, graphs, footnotes or endnotes, etc. Please submit a form on the Service Request page and email your manuscript to dragonmtnpress@gmail.com for a firm price.

Dragon Mountain Press LLC is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, or correction of any content provided by the author. Book sales and reviews are not guaranteed, and all marketing is the author's sole responsibility.

 

Date Changes

The service requestor must notify Dragon Mountain Press LLC at least ten (10) days prior to the start date of any booked services if the agreed-upon start and/or delivery dates change. New dates will be subject to availability. 

 

Cancellations

The service requestor must notify Dragon Mountain Press LLC at least five (5) days prior to the start date of any booked services for a full refund. Cancellations after that time will be subject to a 20% fee and an additional 10% per day fee if work has already begun.
